My Mission

I am Erin Sandaker, a Health & Safety Proffessional driven by a passion for community development and effective leadership. My goal is to ensure that our voices are heard and represented at all levels. With years of experience facilitating collaboration, I am dedicated to making informed decisions that impact the greater good. Together, we can create a sustainable future where everyone thrives.

I grew up in a small village west of Edmonton and moved to Ponoka over twenty years ago with my husband and our son. Over the years we built on our family and completed it with four children.

Currently, I am the Health, Safety & Environment Manager for Scovan Inc. in Ponoka. An EFPC company with offices in Calgary as well. Additionally, I provide services to companies in different industries completing COR auditing with Certifying Partners and improve their Health & Safety Management Systems. With more than twenty years of experience leading and managing in an ever-changing industry, as well as volunteering on numerous boards in Ponoka (Skate Ponoka Club, Ponoka Minor Ball Association, Ponoka Minor Hockey Association), I have a proven track record of community service and contributions to ongoing improvement. I would love the opportunity to be a voice for our community and collaboration with our municipality going forward.
